Which documents can AI document processing handle?

Invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery notes, forms and statements, as PDFs, scans or photos. Accuracy is measured on a sample of your own documents before any target is agreed.

What about poor scans and handwriting?

They are read with lower confidence and routed to a person more often. The system reports its confidence per field instead of guessing.

Where does our data go?

It can stay in your cloud. When an external model is used, it is under terms that exclude training on your data.

How accurate is document extraction?

It depends on the documents, so we measure it on yours. Values below a confidence threshold go to a person rather than being guessed, which keeps errors in the output low.
