When you contact us or send a project estimate, we collect the information you provide: name, email, optional Telegram handle, message content, and — if you used the calculator — the configuration of that estimate. We do not use tracking cookies.

02 · How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to inquiries and discuss potential projects. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

03 · Where it is stored

Inbound messages are stored in a private Notion database used as our CRM. Access is limited to the engineering team.

04 · Data security

We implement appropriate measures to protect your information against unauthorised access. Project data, when we work together, is handled under a separate agreement with least-privilege access.

05 · Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
