Privacy policy.

Last updated 2026-09-02. Short, because we do not run ads or tracking pixels.

  1. 1.Information we collect

    When you contact us or send a project estimate, we collect what you type: name, e-mail, optional Telegram handle, the message, and — if you used the calculator or the teardown — the configuration or answers you submitted. We also record the page the form was on and, if present, campaign parameters in the URL. We do not use tracking cookies.

  2. 2.How we use it

    Solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

  3. 3.Where it is stored

    Inbound messages are stored in a private Notion database used as our CRM, and a copy of each new message is delivered to the engineering team as a Telegram notification. Access is limited to the people who reply to you. Website traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build visitor profiles.

  4. 4.Data security

    Access is least-privilege and the tools above are protected with two-factor authentication. Project data, when we work together, is handled under a separate agreement with least-privilege access and, where required, inside your own infrastructure.

  5. 5.Your rights

    You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by e-mailing [email protected]. We answer within one working day and delete on request.
