How engagements are contracted.

Last updated 2026-10-24. The commercial and legal shape of working with us, in plain terms. The signed documents supersede this page.

  1. 1.Who you contract with

SwankyForge is the name of our engineering team. The engineers work from Minsk, Belarus; contracts and payments go through Georgia. Every proposal names the contracting party, its registration and bank details before anything is signed or invoiced. Ask for them at any point of the conversation.

  2. 2.Engagement terms

Two ways to work: a fixed-scope pilot from €5,000, or a dedicated ML engineer from €5,000 a month (two months minimum). Larger projects are priced from the published rate card or at a fixed price once discovery has frozen the scope. Each milestone has written acceptance criteria agreed up front; you accept, then we invoice. Either side can end a monthly engagement with 30 days' notice.

  3. 3.Intellectual property

Everything built for you is yours on payment: code, model weights, documentation, runbooks and the repository history. We keep the right to reuse general know-how and tooling that contains none of your data or business logic.

  4. 4.Confidentiality, NDA and DPA

We sign your NDA before the first detailed conversation if you prefer, or provide ours. Where personal data is processed on your behalf, a data processing agreement listing sub-processors, locations and retention is part of the contract.

  5. 5.Security and data handling

Least-privilege access granted by you and revoked at handover; work inside your cloud account or VPC when that is the constraint; no training of anything for anyone else on your data; deletion of local copies on request and at project end, confirmed in writing.

  6. 6.Sub-processors for this website

Inbound messages: Notion (CRM) and Telegram (notification to the team). Hosting and analytics: Cloudflare. Nothing else receives visitor data. Questions about any of this: [email protected].
